I am capturing a time-lapse of the new Mutual of Omaha building being constructed in downtown Omaha. This will be the new tallest building in Omaha, Nebraska, eventually passing the current tallest building in Omaha, the First National Bank of Omaha tower. The first of these pictures was taken just after the first of the year 2024. The last was taken June 12, 2025. Note the change in construction type over the last several photos. I will continue averaging around three photos taken per week until the exterior of the building is complete. I'll post updated versions of the time-lapse video on my channel every couple of weeks until complete. The video loops several times so you don't need to replay it.
