In this final part of the primitive pottery project, I make a simple wood ash glaze to add to the one already fired piece and use an old oak tree stump to dig a pit kiln to fire the rest of the greenware (make sure you look out for Mr Toad!). It doesn't go totally to plan but there is still something to show for the weeks of work and I explain the reason why I think we ended up where we did!
