This video shows the area I was found on November 1, 2018 when I got stranded the night before on Mount Lemmon on Halloween. This video is to show my family relatives exactly where I was at when I got stranded on Halloween night of 2018 and was found hiking back the next day by rescue workers.
On Halloween of 2018, I decided to go hiking and take pictures of the autumn trees on Mount Lemmon. I was planning on hiking a 9 mile loop trail that descended down into the Santa Catalina Wilderness area and back up to the parking lot on top sometime in the afternoon. But I underestimated the difficulty of the trail and it ended up taking forever. By nighttime I was no longer certain where I was going so I ended up getting lost in the middle of the trail. I got back on the trail and decided to head back to where I came. I continued on the trail back until I was found the next day at around 1:30 in the afternoon by rescue workers near the Lemmon Rock Lookout Tower (which was about a mile from my parked car.)
This video has an intro and ending similar to The Blair Witch Project movie with some humor thanks to my friend Gabe who also helped put this video together. The song used is Glycerine by Bush.
