UNNI is a 1989 feature film directed in the state of Kerala by the visionary Indian director G. Aravindan. It was written and produced (with additional funding from the National Film Development Corporation of India) by William Rothman and Kitty Morgan. They based their screenplay on experiences of some of their students in the International Honors Program on Film, TV and Social Change, whom Aravindan had gotten to know. No print or negative is known to exist. This copy was made from a PAL video cassette. It's watchable, but one can't tell from this version the beauty of every shot as Aravindan filmed it.
