My very first time on an Indian sleeper train — from Delhi to Rishikesh!
Was it comfortable? Chaotic? Freezing? Let’s just say: a little bit of everything. Eight hours of chai wallahs shouting through the night, food that was surprisingly memorable, and an arrival that led me straight into the heart of Rishikesh — a town known for spirituality, yoga, and a slower pace of life.
