This motorhome has some very nice features, but it does need some TLC
Must Sell,
40 ft long.
4 slides.
62,000 mikes,
Some wear and tear on fabric inside.
The owners had to move back to Ohio a couple of years ago and it's been in storage.
I had an RV tech check it out. He put in a new AC in the back bedroom.
Replaced the inverter, and front steps.
This would make a perfect Snowbird home. Find a nice park and keep it here all year long.
Plenty of storage around Brevard County if needed.
Slides works fine.
Motor runs and so does generator.
The tires should be replaced.
There is some mold on the floor in the back bedroom.
That needs to be ripped out and replace.
The wood is fine underneath.
It does need a dining room table.
The outside has a couple of dents on the slide corners but the
slides work fine.
There is some weathering on the outside.
With just a little bit of TLC this could make someone a very nice Motorhome.
