Sling News Survey / "Death Penalty Forum": In November 2025, Sling News surveyed 30 college students from Stanford University, UC Berkeley, UCLA, and UC Merced. The results revealed that 25 respondents opposed the death penalty, one supported it, and four were uncertain. Tyler Robinson, 22, is currently awaiting trial for the murder of Charlie Kirk. His preliminary hearing has been postponed until January 16, 2026, with the arraignment scheduled for January 30, 2026.
