MERCEDES BENZ BLOWN HEAD GASKET , Head Gasket Installation Tips and Advice , PLEASE USE NEW SETS OF CYLINDER HEAD BOLTS. Sorry , I Messed up on this, I had to remove the Chain again and The Camshaft Sprockets And Aligned the Gear Mesh Inside the Sprockets, Oiled it and Reposition it again, I Did not Make anymore Video, Sorry Again. Everything went well after that Mistake , Lesson learned . As soon as the Timing Chains are installed , Install the Pivot Pin for the Timing Guide Chain Left side of the Cylinder head Using a Plastic Hammer ,Then Install the Chain Guide on the Bottom of the Chain 10mm bolts , on the Front of the Cylinder Head. ,Next Step is to Install the Timing Chain Tensioner on the Bottom Right Side of the Engine Block 27mm , Then Install the Thermostat Assembly Housing. Making Sure to Torque all Bolts to Specifications . Then Lube Entire Camshaft , Intake and Exhaust Sides with Regular Engine Oil , Then Use a Shallow Six Point 27mm Socket to Turn the Crankshaft Pulley Bolt 2 Times to Make Sure Nothing is Binding and It is Turning Smoothly , Sign of Engine Compression Will be heard , Very Good Sign, That You Did it Right .
