PLATFORM INDUSTRIAL FAMILY LUXURY LOFT ~ Sims 4 Speed Build with Industrial Loft Kit (No CC)

Today I'm sharing my first build using the new Sims 4 Industrial Loft Kit! The kit comes with 26 new build items and will soon be getting an additional window patched into the kit (LOL AWKWARD). I decided to build this luxurious bright industrial loft with lots of platforms for a family. I wanted to stay away from the typical black and brown industrial style and go with something that is more my taste. It can fit a family of 5 with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a family games room and an art studio. I hope you like my take on this kit and please let me know if you are planning on getting this kit!
