Review: Srivari Naivedyam - Tirumala. High Priced Questionable Service Restaurant

Though the restaurant is good in design, ambience and marketing strategy, they are highly questionable when it comes to serving the common vs serving the rich and famous. You will notice this by way of extraordinary service to customers sitting next table. They would be treated with utmost care while some customers would not even receive water, despite asking them repeatedly. This happens repeatedly irrespective the request for items and water are bought to the notice of the restaurant staff. Super Hype in name but pathetic when it comes to treating customers equally, basic rule. They follow Godess Annapurneswari's famous saying, whereby everybody is equal when it comes to serving food. They quoted these sentences in their Menu and on walls, but appear not to know the basic meaning of them.

हे पार्वती, मुझे ज्ञान और वैराग्य की प्राप्ति के लिए भिक्षा प्रदान करें।

I am not here to criticize them for their prominence and treating a few above the others, but, the same should be done privately but not pushing us aside and treating other customers inhumanely.
