How I grew my hair 8 INCHES in 1 year by * accident *

I have had QUITE the hair journey over the last few years. I use to think I could never get my hair to look thick, healthy and long but by accident and through a series of new lazy habits, it actually grew 8 FREAKIN INCHES in ONE YEAR without any miracle hair products. You guys have been asking me a TON to go over everything that seemingly transformed my hair overnight so this video goes over everything I can think of that contributed to the changes in the past year. I'm a firm believer now that if there's hope for my hair, there's hope for yours too
