Hello! In this video I share part of my journey with ocd. Please do keep in mind that this video will be talking about things some may find mentally stressing, so please be careful!

Ocd is something that is very misrepresented and a lot of people tie it in to "just being anxious" because of that! I hope with this video to be able to shed more light on what ocd can be! Although I am only one example, I hope that this video is able to help others reconsider their viewpoint on the condition. If you relate to any of my story I highly recommend doing some research!
