✅ Mandatory Documents (Required for All Applicants)
Valid Passport
Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended stay in the U.S.
Include current and old passports (if available).
DS-160 Confirmation Page
Filled online at: https://ceac.state.gov/ceac
Must have the confirmation barcode and submitted status.
Visa Appointment Confirmation
The confirmation page showing your scheduled visa interview (from the USTravelDocs site).
One Recent Passport-size Photo
White background, 2x2 inches (5x5 cm), taken within the last 6 months.
If uploaded successfully in DS-160, photo may not be required physically—but better to carry it.
Visa Fee Receipt
Proof of payment of the non-refundable visa fee (currently $185 USD).
Usually paid at SAMBA Bank or online via USTravelDocs website.

To prove you will return after your visit:
Employment Letter (mentioning position, salary, start date, and leave approval)
Bank Statements (last 3–6 months)
Tenancy Contract or Property Ownership Documents

Iqama (Residence Permit) for expatriates

Hotel Booking
Flight Booking (optional) – Not required but may support your case
Invitation Letter (if visiting family or for business)
Should include full name, address, relationship, and a copy of the inviter’s passport/visa/green card.

Invitation Letter from U.S. Company
Details of the meeting/conference/purpose.
Company Cover Letter
From your employer in Saudi Arabia stating purpose of travel, who will bear expenses, etc.
