Ingredients:


Pistacio paste/spread:

Pistacio 200 grams (toasted)
white chocolate 200 grams
powder milk 1 tbsp
oil 3 tbsp (add as needed)
cream 2 tbsp

Kataifi 200 grams
butter 1/2 stick (52 grams)

Pistacio crunch layer:

cooked crispy Kataifi
pistacio spread 3 full tbsp

note: You made add pistacio
just until enough to coat the Kataifi.

Chocolate mousse:

Chocolate chips 3/4 cup
cream 1/4 cup

heavy cream 1/2 cup

Pistacio mousse layer:

creamcheese 200 grams (1 box)
heavy cream 1 cup
pistacio spread 2 full tbsp
pistacio flavoring 2 tsp (optional)

Chocolate ganache layer:

Chocolate chips 1 cup
heavy cream 1 cup
butter 1 tbsp

Pistacio sauce:

white chocolate 100 grams
heavy cream 100 grams
pistacio spread 1 tbsp
pistacio flavoring 1 tsp (optional)

Chocolate moist cake:

Recipe:
all purpose flour 195 grams ( 1 1/2 cup)
cocoa powder 100 grams ( 1 cup)
baking soda 5 grams ( 1 tsp)
baking powder 3 grams ( 1 tsp)
salt 1/2 tsp
Brown sugar 175 grams (1 cup)
white sugar 190 grams (3/4 cup)

egg 1 large (64 grams)
oil 157 grams ( 3/4 cup)
evap milk 1 cup
white vinegar 1 1/2 tsp
vanilla 1 tsp
hot water 1 cup mix it with
coffee powder 1 1/2 tsp

Note: this recipe can make 2 pcs 6x2 round cake and 1 6 inch tin can. You can half the recipe for small batch.
