Today I’m sharing a very traditional and healthy recipe — Pappad Malida 🤍
A simple dish with rich taste and memories.”
Step 1 – Papad roasting
“First, dry roast the papads on a low flame until they turn crispy.
Let them cool completely.”
Step 2 – Powdering
“Now crush the roasted papads into a coarse powder.
You can do this by hand or using a mixer.”
Step 3 – Adding ingredients
“To this, add powdered jaggery, fresh coconut, cardamom powder
and a little ghee for aroma.”
Step 4 – Mixing
“Mix everything gently with your hands until it comes together beautifully.
The texture should be soft and crumbly.”
