I have had this reply from BetterHelp regarding their criteria for joining:

At this time, we can add therapists with one of the following qualifications:
Counsellor: Registered Member MBACP, Accredited Member MBACP, Senior Accredited Member MBACP, Accredited Registrant (MNCS Accred), Accredited Professional Registrant (MNCS Prof Accred) or a Senior Accredited Registrant (MNCS Snr Accred).

Practitioner Psychologist: Must be registered with Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC). We are only able to accept practitioner psychologists with a focus in Clinical, Counselling, or Psychotherapy.

Please note we are not accepting student or individual members at this time.

Per our terms and conditions, BetterHelp does require a minimum of 3 years of direct clinical experience to provide services on the platform, which CAN include supervised time in placements and internships.
