Easy freehand Border design series Part 10

This painting is done on a Handloom cotton fabric using  Jacguard and Camel Fabrica Acrylic paint.You can use any locally available fabric acrylic paint.Same technique can be used to paint on other fabrics like silkcotton,  Kota silk, Chanderi, Cotton, Silk and linen.
Fabric is fixed onto backside of and old canvas board using pins taking care not to damage the fabric.

Medium -Water


Colors used
White
Light purple
Mettalic red
Mauve
Crimson
Prussian blue
Sap green
Black



Synthetic Brushes
No 0 round
No 3/8 angled
Cotton buds



Iron on opposite side after 24 hours and wash only after one week to fix colors.

Hand painted fabric care -
Dry clean
or handwash with mild soap / detergent.
Do not soak in water for long.  Do not scrub on painted surface while washing.
Dry in shade.
Always iron on opposite side.
