Incorporates movement of the whole body. Moving Shoulders, Arms, Back and Legs in diagonal patterns. Good in reducing Lymphedema symptoms in arms, stretching out scar tissue and fasica from Breast Cancer surgery and Radiation. Become more flexible from head to toe.
Your body wants to and needs to restore movement after the trauma that has occurred to it through Breast Cancer. Stand up take a big breath and enjoy the workout as you restore your body.
✔️What you Need - Mat or just some floor space. .
💡 Give yourself the care you need. This session is under 20 minutes and if done 2 times a week, you will feel the benefits in your body from more flexibility, ease of movement and elongation in the spine.
