TUTORIAL ON HOW TO FILL-OUT CSC FORMS FOR NEWLY HIRED TEACHERS AT DEPED LAS PIÑAS

Today I will be teaching you how to properly fill out forms and other requirements that you need to gather for the sole purpose of your appointment at Deped-Las Piñas.

You will be receiving a copy of your Notice of Assignment that will be sent to you via email by Ms. Thea Bolaños.

Note: You need to print the Notice of Assignment and sign the letter indicating whether you accept the position or not. After signing the NOA you will resend it back to Ms. Thea.
