SHARNA BURGESS - My Morning Routine

Hi beautiful people! This is something a lot of you asked for so here it is! A little look inside my morning routine. Everything from what i feed my fur babies, the vitamins i take, how and why i practice gratitude by writing in my journal and some other bits in there too. Life can get busy and like all of you sometimes i fail at doing the things i know my mind and body need, but the things in this video are what i know help me function at my best through out my day. Self care is a hugely important element in my life and i hope it is in yours too. We all need to try and create time and space at least once a day where we are our own top priority, i know sometimes its hard but trust me it will change your life. Start somewhere, start today :)
