Cabela's Alaskan Guide 8 Person Tent, unboxing, first time set up and some initial thoughts. This tent is intended for us to be able to camp in all four seasons (well realistically 3 of them for us in this tent) and manage to stay comfortable. This tent says it is fully waterproof and supposed to handle the elements very well. This tent has by far exceeded our expectations up to this point. We have used it in as cool temp as 29 degrees Fahrenheit and it has performed very well.
