1974 Peterbilt COE with 12V71 Detroit Diesel saved from junkyard. These were good, solid trucks, and a lot of guys prefer driving a Cab Over Engine because of their sharp turning radios. In it's day, this truck would have been considered a Cadillac with it's sleeper bunk and "Power Plus" engine, which was how General Motors - Detroit Diesel, advertised the V-12. Apparently the engine in this truck has very few miles since overhaul, and even though the truck has sat for 40 years the engine does in fact turn over, which in and of itself is amazing.
