How can a seemingly simple and insignificant case in a remote Russian town have a negative impact on people's lives in all countries around the world?

The participant of the Creative Society project in Plast, Chelyabinsk Oblast, is accused of illegal missionary activities under Part 4 of Article 5.26 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offenses.

The conclusions drawn by justice of the peace Pridannikov S.I. in the ruling dated July 14, 2023, in my opinion, are not supported by the case materials and were not established during the court proceedings.

This case holds significant societal importance because the Creative Society project is implemented in all countries worldwide, with its main goal being to improve lives and guarantee the exercise of rights of every person.

Numerous violations of material and procedural law have occurred in this case. And we must not stay silent. Every professional has the right to express their opinion on this matter, guided by international principles of equality and justice.

If we don't stand up now to defend human rights, then who will?
