Dragon Fruit Trellis Setup (2023)

Here’s a video of my dragon fruit trellis set up during Spring 2023 in Central Texas Zone 8b. During that spring, I made new dragon fruit trellises and transplanted my larger plants into larger containers.

Ideally, dragon fruits must be grown vertically up a trellis with branches hanging down the top. Once the plants reach a certain size and age and are fertilized with phosphorus, they may produce flowers on the gravity-pulled branches.

I made this video as a promo for live cactus sales and markets in the Central Texas area. (My online store is still in the works for Spring 2024. I plan to do shipping within the continental United States (no international shipping)).

I hope to make a longer and more detailed video in the future!
