Upgrading iPhone 6s 16GB Storage to 128 GB. This is basically done by Replacing the Original NAND chip with 128GB NAND.

steps are as follows,
Remove the 16GB NAND Chip from the 6S Logic Board.
Read NAND information (15 Types) from the 16GB chip via NAND Programmer.
Reprogram them to New 128GB NAND chip via Programmer.
Solder the New Chip back to the Logic Board.
Restore iPhone with iTunes.
