This is a movie originally intended to be released in 2016 to coincide with the 10th anniversary of Cars, but it ended up taking a lot longer to complete than I expected it to. However, to quote Doc from the first movie, "Oh, dear. It would seem I'm off to a poor start. Well, better late than never."
Lightning McQueen has been living in Radiator Springs for 10 years and his friends are throwing him a party to celebrate. However, Mater forgets to get him a present and spends the day thinking about what to get him.
