[UNREV.] Kosel - Piano Sonata no.3: P1, op.9 (on the works of Scriabin) | Score

The name of the sonate is pretty impromptu, as the original concept for this has changed significantly. I hope to write others in the future whose framework corresponds to other colors. As will be very obvious to some, I've been heavily inspired by composers like Roslavets and Scriabin, wherein many passages are either structural references to various works of the former two, explicit extractions (though not abundantly) or somewhere in between. Honestly, I really like the idea of looking at notation and building something out of it that reorganizes its sound, if only slightly. That doesn't mean just copy, but in this case refer with. However as a consequence, the body does feel a little all over the place.

Under Psychoexhibition, it sort of includes what's been circling my brain for a while; red is just a color I like (and associate with the foundational chords).

Also sorry for the monotony of the recording; I would've done it myself like usual but don't have as much time anymore so the computer did… something 😂

Probably would've given it more “expressive nuance” if a human was playing lol
