This video shows starting a cloth stitch area in Bedfordshire lace, taking in plaits, adding pairs into the cloth stitch, adding pairs for plaits, leaving out for plaits and twisted pairs, and throwing out pairs in cloth stitch once the area is narrowing and finishing the area of the design. It also looks at tips for working, with angle of cover cloth, and colouring in the pattern to make it more visible and easier to work.
