BACK
bent over row -4 sets of 8-12
Seated close-grip rows – 4 sets of 8-12 reps to failure
Lat pull-downs – 4 sets of 8-12 reps to failure
BIS
Preacher curls with EZ bar – 4 sets of 8-12 reps to failure
Dumbbell curls (slow negatives) – 3 sets of 8-12 reps to failure
Hammer curls – 3 sets of 8-12 reps to failure (or do 2 sets of 8-12 reps and then 1 burnout set with lighter weight, as many reps as you can do)
