PNR INKA DHL 9002 hauling Flat Cars, and DHL 9003 Returning to Manila (October 09, 2022)

ICYMI: Last October 06, 2022, PT INKA DHL 9003 and Passenger Coaches (PC) set 8302 left Tutuban, Manila Thursday morning bound for Calamba, Laguna to be used for the launch of Calamba-Lucena (and vice versa) trips that day. Also, notice that DHL 9003 has the DOTr logo sticker now on its Cabin 1 or the cab facing south.

[Take note that the Calamba-Lucena train leaves Calamba, Laguna Station every 06:30 PM only; and the Lucena-Calamba train leaves Lucena Station every 04:50 AM only everyday.]

The trip was successfully launched that night. But the next day, DHL 9001 was used instead to haul PC 8302 for the Lucena-Calamba trip due to a technical problem on DHL 9003 {making the interprovincial commuter trips (Lucena-San Pablo v.v.) cancelled for few days}.


Due to this, on Sunday morning (October 09, 2022) at 6:00 AM, DHL 9002 hauling 2 flat cars and GE U15C DEL 921 was dispatched and left Tutuban, Manila going to Lucena, Quezon so that DHL 9002 could replace DHL 9003 in performing IPC trips. Then later that day, DEL 921 hauled the 2 flat cars and DHL 9003 going back to Tutuban, Manila for necessary repairs.
