Richard "Ricky" Allen is serving life sentences for the 2017 murders of Abby Williams and Libby German in Delphi, Indiana. Now a new doscuseries on Hulu is examining the case and features interviews with Abby and Libby's family and friends. Allen's wife, Kathy Allen, is also speaking about the case for the very first time publicly.
