Birding in Bushy Park | Kestrels, Woodpeckers & Waxwings?

Hello! 👋 Join me on a birding adventure in Bushy Park, one of London’s absolute gems for wildlife enthusiasts and birders.
In this episode, I am completly blown away by an encounter with a very young Kestrel. I also see juvenile Green Woodpeckers and recall memories of Waxwings and Owls. I also spot (pardon the pun) TWO Great Spotted Woodpeckers drumming in the ancient oaks.

Will we see the Waxwings again this year?
And Kestrels. Where can we see them? How do we help them? They are such special birdfs of prey but they are in decline!
