This is an example of a reverse gear that is stuck onto the propeller shaft of an Evinrude outboard lower unit. The thrust bearing "not in video" was also slightly damaged and warped.
I have not tried hammering it out too hard yet, but a few good whacks did not get the gear off.
Outboard gearbox damaged.
