How to Make the Best Homemade Ice Cream, Step by Step!

Apron: I picked up from my local Orscheln Farm Store. It was on an end cap hanging next to the new chicks for the season! LOVE IT :)
Malt Ice Cream:
6 eggs
3 3/4 cup sugar
1 TB Vanilla
1 13 oz Jar Carnation Malted Milk (Chocolate or Vanilla)
1 Quart or 2 Pints Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 Gallon Whole Milk
3 Bags of Ice
Salt
6 Quart Ice Cream Maker (1 1/2 gallon)...You can always use some math and make this in 4 qt (1 gallon) 2 qt (1/2 gallon)
Mix all but the cream - mix really well - add cream and mix. Pour mixture into freezer and add milk to fill line. Start freezer, add ice then 2/3 cup salt, ice then salt and 1 cup sold water (this will help ice cream freeze faster).
Repeat ice/salt to the top of the canister. It will freeze in about 30-40 minutes. Is good fresh or make a day ahead and freezer for firmer ice cream!
