It’s another beautiful day and soup season is here!!! I want to share with you my top soups today we begin with Chicken and Gnocchi now let me tell you this is seriously better than Olive Gardens!!! Ingredients:
1.5 lbs of chicken breast (about 3 breast)
2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp oil;divided
4 tbsp unsalted butter
3 celery sticks (chopped)
1 1/4 cup shredded carrots
1/2 medium white onion;chopped
2 minced garlic cloves
4 tbsp all purpose flour
4 cup unsalted chicken broth
3 cups heavy cream
1/2 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2-3 tbsp better than bouillon roasted chicken flavor
16 oz gnocchi
3 handfuls of fresh spinach 😉
