Camping in Bear Country | Pop Up Camper Adventures at Limekiln Lake

We took our pop up camper into the Adirondacks for a cold, rainy weekend at Limekiln Lake — and somehow it was exactly what we needed.
Expect cozy fires, bear country rules, loons on the lake, crunchy crunchwraps, and a lot of rain. We set up camp, cooked outside, went paddleboarding, made s’mores in the downpour, and watched our kids thrive in the fresh air.
