This video presents the procedures and materials used to collect hemolymph from the marine organism Parhyale hawaiensis.
The collected hemolymph is used to perform genotoxicity analyses, such as assessing damage to DNA or micronuclei. It is also used to evaluate the concentration of metals or organic compounds that have been absorbed by organisms.
