Went to my guy DC’s gym today and put in some real work. This session was all about shoulders, upper body strength, and conditioning using EMOMs and an AMRAP.

8 Min EMOM
• Min 1: ½ Kneeling Single-Arm Landmine Press x10
• Min 2: Switch arms x10
8 Min EMOM
• Min 1: DB Front Raise w/ Abducting Lower x10
• Min 2: Wide-Grip Overhand Pull-Ups x8–10
8 Min AMRAP
• 5 Cal Bike Sprint (arms only)
• 100m Ski Erg (butterfly stroke)
• Kneeling Wall Ball Launches x6
• Wall Ball Atomic Sit-Ups x10
8 Min EMOM
• Min 1: TRX Sled T-Pulls x3 + Push x2
• Min 2: DB Single-Arm Alternating Bench x12
