Secret Time-
A dentist once told me to wiggle my toes while they carved into my gum to distract from the pain, and highkey that shit WORKED. But I think that's cause a lot of people don't wiggle their toes very often,, and you really gotta think about it when you're overwhelmed by other things. So if you aren't good with needles, or other stuff like that,, try to remember to wiggle your toes while it's happening to distract from the pain and anxiety. At the very least, remembering this in the moment could easily distract you enough to like catch you off guard, AND IT STILL WORKS YO
