3 eggs

250g (2 cups) flour (all purpose)
METHOD
Peel and chop the melon.
Place the melon in a blender and pour the eggs over it. Beat. Then add all the other ingredients. Beat.
Grease a mold with butter and pour out the mixture. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
