Cash is a high-octane action-comedy that follows the story of three con artists - Karan (Ajay Devgn), Dhananjay (Zayed Khan), and Lucky (Ritesh Deshmukh) - who embark on a mission to steal a cache of missing diamonds. Unbeknownst to them, Karan's girlfriend, Shania (Shamita Shetty), is an undercover spy who's also on the hunt for the diamonds.

As the story unfolds, the trio, along with Lucky's friend Pooja (Esha Deol), concoct a plan to outsmart their rivals and claim the diamonds. Meanwhile, lovers Angad (Sunil Shetty) and Aditi (Dia Mirza) stumble upon the diamonds and hide them, but their relationship takes a deadly turn when Angad betrays Aditi.

As the story twists and turns, the con artists outsmart Angad and his gang, ultimately claiming the diamonds and wealth. The tale concludes with Karan marrying Shania and Lucky wedding Pooja.

In a surprising reveal, the narrator, Danny (Zayed Khan), discloses that the story is actually about his own life, and he is, in fact, Dhananjay. The film's narrative is presented through a non-linear storytelling style, adding to the suspense and intrigue.
