In this video I'm using my #fastcutcnc plasma cutter for the very first time.
After a quick demo cut using the provided 345 triangle file I'm moving on to cutting a vise mount for my fixture table.
I made lots of small learnings along the way. Most important I'll dog bone most corners going forward so that my cuts have sharp inside corners. Also I now know how to change layers in sheetcam to give holes the details they deserve.
I bought the CNC for the farm in order to be able to build excavator and skidsteer attachments down the line. So small learning projects like this are important for me to work out any issues in the current setup, before moving on to thicker and more expensive (AR) steel.
