Either A: Read the Death Note Novel: "Another Note: The Los Angeles BB Murder Cases" in which BB is a significant character
or B: go read a wikipedia page about him
BB is a character from the Death Note novel; he is a member of the Wammy Household and is aspiring to 'beat' L, but ultimately fails.
