The shortcuts I have used are:
ALT 1 to insert a row
ALT 2 to delete a row
ALT 3 to insert a column
ALT 4 to delete a column
ALT 5 to trace dependents
ALT 6 to remove dependent arrows
ALT 7 to format painter
ALT 8 to hide rows
ALT 9 to paste as values
ALT 0 to clear from the selected cells
