All-in-one Breakfast That's Great to Make Ahead of Time (and freeze!)

In this video I walk you through how to make Loaded Biscuits – a pretty fast breakfast that’s great for making ahead of time and freezing or making the day before to cook on a busy morning. My husband loves to take these individual portions to work, or we grab them on the go for homeschool co-op. You can make them as muffins to be even more kid-friendly!

Ingredients (see full recipe above):
Fillings
• 1 lb Pan Breakfast Sausage, browned
• 8 oz Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Dough for Biscuits
• 2½ cups Soft White Wheat flour (can substitute another fresh milled whole grain or all purpose flour, see full recipe link above for tips)
• 1 tbsp Baking powder
• ½ tsp Salt
• ½ tsp Baking Soda
• 5 tbsp Unsalted Butter or Lard
• ¾ cup Buttermilk
