Driving Through Kilkenny | What To See in Kilkenny | Summer Time

Driving through Kilkenny is a great way to see the main streets and passing through you can see lots of little shops, castle, bridge and important attraction that Kilkenny City offers.

The driving starts at St. Michale Street turning right to John Street Lower guiding you straight to the beautiful bridge called John’s Bridge. Passing the Bridge you can observe the back of the castle and an interesting walkway for people to enjoy a calm walk along the River Nore that offers 11km trail connecting Kilkenny City to the Village of Bennettsbridge.

Passing the River Nore on your left side you can observe the statue of the Irish national sport, considering that you are already on Rose Inn Street, a very busy traffic and people walking around.
Later on you will see the Kilkenny Castle front Street, The Parade and at the end of the road turning left to leave the city of Kilkenny on Patrick Street.
