11-05-2025: Day 58 with my wild baby Mustang, Taavi!
Taavi decided that today was going to be easy. He got his feet picked out and was SO good about it. He even lifted the front right foot with no issues for the very first time! After he got some brushes I saddled him up and he did great. He is still learning that he doesn’t have to move so quickly when I need to get to the other side and also when I bring the breast collar around, but those are things he’ll just have to soften up with on his own over time. He stands very srill when I take the saddle off, so that’s good! I’m loving that his sessions are getting shorter and shorter because he’s so smart and is learning all of the things very quickly. I’m going to have to keep coming up with more things to do with him and teach him! #mustang #baymustang #blmmustang #wildmustang #wildhorse
