Recipe
Tablespoon olive Oil
Tablespoon Garlic
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter
pinch sea salt
pinch cracked black pepper
1 Teaspoon of dried thyme
fresh herbs at the end
