We're accustomed to tight and narrow mountain roads, but every once in a while we wish we would have done a bit more research on what roads are appropriate to take with an RV in tow. Somewhere along the way we heard about Lower Lewis Falls. It seemed to be on the way to Mount Rainier, so we dropped the pin into our route. But the route coming from Idaho provided the narrowest mountain driving possible. By the time we got to Randle, Washington, we were done. The combination of no cell coverage, no Starlink (due to the trees), and rough roads put us over the edge. We opted to hang out in Randle for a couple of days to catch up on work, laundry, and groceries before making our way to Mount Rainier National Park, which quickly got added to our Top 10 National Park list. Of course, there isn't room for another National Park, but that won't stop us from adding it! In this episode, we meet up with KYD Insider Tyler, who took Marc and Caleb on a 35-mile ride from Cougar Rock Campground down to the park entrance and then all the way to Paradise—a 4,000-foot climb! Riding through Mount Rainier was a bucket list ride for sure.
