Live baiting for pike using the sunken float paternoster rig.
This is a great method that uses a float to hold the rig & trace up off the bottom and in a straight line to the surface. Very good for live bait fishing, allowing the bait to swim 360 degrees.
It’s also useful in slow rivers on small dead baits. The baits ‘swim’ and flutter in the current for maximum attraction.
